What information we collect

When you complete the TRUE Business Diagnostic, register for a workshop, submit a speaking inquiry, or contact us, we collect the information you provide — including your name, work email, organization, role, and the responses you give in those forms.

How we use your information

We use your information to review your diagnostic submission, schedule an executive readout, respond to your inquiry, or follow up on your registration. We do not use your diagnostic responses for automated scoring, marketing, benchmarking, model training, or research without your separate informed consent.

How we share your information

Your information is used internally by TRUE and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use third-party tools to manage customer relationships and scheduling, but your diagnostic responses and form submissions remain accessible only to Craig Ratliff and authorized members of the TRUE team.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies, grouped into three kinds:

• Essential: needed to run the site securely, including sign-in, form protection against spam (Cloudflare Turnstile), and remembering your cookie choices. These are always on.
• Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages and offers are most useful, so we can improve it. Delivered through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Advertising: help us measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups and show more relevant ads on platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies stay off unless you accept them. Everywhere else they are on by default, and you can turn them off at any time.

You can change your choice whenever you like using Cookie settings in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate TRUE, including our website platform (Base44), our customer relationship system (HubSpot), our email delivery service (Resend), Cloudflare for spam protection, and Google for analytics. They process information only to provide their services to TRUE. We do not sell your personal information.

How we protect your information

Diagnostic responses and form submissions are accessible only to Craig Ratliff and authorized members of the TRUE team. They are not shared publicly or returned to other visitors of this site.

Data retention

We retain your submission information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide any requested services, and meet legal or operational obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your personal data, ask for it to be corrected, or request deletion by emailing Admin@truedirection.io.
